What Is Snares to Wares?
Snares to Wares works with communities living near Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda. We collect illegal wire snares from the national park and repurpose them into unique pieces of art.
Each wildlife sculpture represents an animal that could have been harmed by poaching, turning a tool of destruction into something meaningful. Our work supports local incomes, protects wildlife, and reduces illegal hunting.
